Gr3ySpace · Franchise and network finance
Franchising is why Gr3ySpace buys and creates companies. Once Chocojava and LawnPoint are proven company-operated, Gr3ySpace will franchise them and finance their franchisees.
Gr3ySpace is not offering franchises at this time.
Until a Franchise Disclosure Document is registered where required, this is the only statement Gr3ySpace makes about franchising. [Counsel to approve this statement; franchising is run by Gr3ySpace itself (William, Sept 29, 2026)] No investment, earnings or unit-economics figures appear on this site, and none will until the registered FDD says otherwise.
Every company Gr3ySpace buys or creates is set up from the start with written standards, training, approved supply and the reporting a franchise system needs.
Recruit qualified owner-operators and multi-unit groups for markets without a company-operated plan.
Certification before opening, a field consultant on site for every opening, and audits before opening and annually.
Franchisees buy through the group supply chain, so franchised units run on the same inputs and systems as company units.
Buildout, equipment and working-capital loans to qualified franchisees, underwritten against documented unit economics.
Core urban trade areas in the group’s six metros stay company-operated. The first franchise units go to suburban and secondary trade areas around them, and to adjacent markets, once unit economics are proven in company cafes and branches.
Franchising is run by Gr3ySpace itself, not a separate brand. Franchised cafes and branches carry the Chocojava and LawnPoint names and are held to the same standards as company units.
