Chocojava
Coffee and chocolate share a geography, the band of the tropics where fine cacao and arabica coffee grow, and a process of fermentation, drying and roasting. Chocojava treats both crafts with equal seriousness. Every coffee and cacao product will be traced to its farm or cooperative of origin, and Chocojava will pay above commodity prices because quality costs more at the source.
- Specialty espresso and filter coffee from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, Kenya and other origins, dialed in fresh each morning
- Single-origin and seasonal chocolate bars made in-house from cacao sourced in Latin America and Africa
- Drinking chocolate made from house-crafted cacao paste
- Whole-bean coffee, retail bars, curated gift sets and corporate gifting for orders of 12 units or more
Operating services
LawnPoint
LawnPoint is built on a simple standard: show up on time, do the work correctly, communicate honestly and stand behind the result. From 2027 it will serve homeowners, property managers and commercial clients from local branches.
- Mowing and edging at the right height for each grass type, with clean lines on every hard surface
- Fertilization and weed control programs of four to six treatments a year, applied by state-licensed technicians
- Aeration and overseeding scheduled for the right season in each market
- Seasonal cleanups, hedge and shrub trimming, leaf removal, irrigation checks, design-build, snow and ice, arbor, and turf and pest services
Franchise and network finance
Franchising
Gr3ySpace’s own business. Once Chocojava and LawnPoint are proven company-operated, Gr3ySpace will franchise them in trade areas the group does not plan to operate, and lend to qualified franchisees.
