President
Chief executive of Gr3ySpace. Owns platform strategy, capital deployment, investment committee, and enterprise operating performance across all twenty-seven funds. Reports to the Board.
Vice President, Acquisitions & Development
Sourcing, underwriting, and closing acquisitions and ground-up development across the platform. LIHTC, HUD, workforce, and mixed-income transactions.
Vice President, Affordable Housing Development
Program-specific development leadership for LIHTC (4% and 9%), HUD Section 8, Section 202/811, and tax-exempt bond deals. Owns the affordable pipeline from site control through stabilization.
Vice President, Operations & Compliance
Enterprise operations, LIHTC and HUD compliance, property management oversight, and government relations. Owns Section 8, LIHTC, and RD compliance across the portfolio.
Director of Construction & Rehab
Full-cycle construction management for new construction and rehabilitation projects. Owns budget, schedule, subcontractor selection, and project controls in partnership with Capex.
Director of Finance
Fund-level financial reporting, LP capital account administration, quarterly and annual close, coordination with PwC on the audit, and management of the fund administration relationship.
Director of Section 8 & LIHTC Compliance
Program compliance across Section 8 project-based voucher and HAP contracts, LIHTC set-aside monitoring, and reporting to state housing finance agencies. HCCP or SHCM required.
Director of Government & HUD Relations
Primary relationship holder with HUD, state housing finance agencies, PHAs, and municipal partners. Leads RFP responses, RAD conversions, and public benefit negotiations.
Director of Property Management
Regional and portfolio-wide operational leadership for all stabilized assets. Owns resident experience, leasing, maintenance, and property-level P&L.
Director of Human Resources
Firm-wide talent strategy, recruiting, compensation design, benefits administration, and employee relations across headquarters and property-level teams.
