An affordable housing investment platform, built for the compliance horizons the sector demands.
Gr3ySpace acquires, develops, rehabilitates, and operates income-restricted multifamily housing across every major U.S. federal affordable housing program — from 30% AMI permanent supportive housing to 120% AMI workforce communities.
Founded to close the gap between capital and compliance.
Gr3ySpace was founded to address the persistent and growing gap between demand for affordable rental housing and the supply of professionally managed, well-capitalized affordable communities operating under federal subsidy contracts and tax credit regulatory agreements.
The affordable housing sector rewards operators with deep program expertise, durable government relationships, and the compliance infrastructure to navigate HUD, state housing finance agencies, and USDA Rural Development program requirements at scale. Alexandra Pohl established Gr3ySpace with a disciplined focus on federal contract affordable housing preservation, LIHTC production, workforce housing, senior communities, permanent supportive housing, and rural affordable housing.
